Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were fantastic and well-suited for us, although slightly dated. The service was friendly and professional, making our stay pleasant. The location was beautiful and felt like a world away from the city amenities. The dining experience was very good over the two days. Overall, it was a great value for money with a few minor drawbacks.
I had a wonderful time at this resort for two nights in January. The rooms are spread out over three floors with beautiful courtyards interspersed throughout the resort. The pool area, with numerous palm trees and soft lighting at night, was a delightful spot to relax. However, there was a bit of a letdown with the play area just off the lobby and next to an outdoor gathering area.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were exceptionally large and clean, with heavenly beds, but being at the back of the resort made them feel isolated compared to the rest of the property. The service was top-notch, with super nice and helpful staff who were always polite and even assisted me with my ride back to the airport. The location was great for exploring Old Town Scottsdale, but it lacked a vibrant ambiance and felt more like a conference center. The dining experience was disappointing with limited options and some staff rushing the bill. However, the facilities were modern and well-maintained.
